Maroon Group LLC has acquired U.S. Chemicals, a national distributor of specialty chemicals based in Darien, CT. U.S. Chemicals’ management team will remain in place and continue to actively manage the business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1960, U.S. Chemicals supplies specialty intermediates to the CASE, lubricants, plastics, and associated industries. U.S. Chemicals has a storied history and has a proven record of strong supplier and customer relationships through its dedicated team, excellent service, and entrepreneurial vision.
